3. No Upfront Fees for Unverified Cases

We do not charge upfront fees unless we have verified the feasibility of a case. If a project requires pre-payment, clients will be informed transparently before any action is taken.

4. No Third-Party Resellers

We do not work with third-party resellers or unauthorized agents. Our services are offered directly to clients and executed by our in-house team. Any service purchased through unauthorized third parties is not our responsibility.

5. Affiliation and Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with Google, YouTube, or any other third-party platform. We do not sell services related to these platforms, nor do we have control over their decision-making processes. Our role is to act on behalf of individuals and businesses to request content removal from websites, search engines, or hosting providers through proper legal and ethical channels.

6. No Guarantees on Removal Success

While we leverage our expertise and network of contacts within hosting providers and platform support teams, we do not guarantee that a removal or de-indexing request will be successful. The final decision lies solely with the respective platform, website administrator, or hosting provider.

7. Timeline and Processing of Requests

  • Standard removal requests may take days to several weeks, depending on the nature of the content and the responsiveness of the platform or hosting provider.
  • Some platforms have strict policies on content removal, and response times may vary beyond our control.
  • If a removal request is denied, we will assess alternative approaches where possible.

8. Ethical and Legal Compliance

We only use legal and ethical methods for content removal, including:

  • Submitting formal takedown notices under relevant laws, such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and EU GDPR Right to Be Forgotten provisions.
  • Direct engagement with website owners and hosting providers.

  • If a service is successfully delivered as outlined in our agreement, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a removal request is unsuccessful, we will explore alternative strategies before considering partial refunds (if applicable).

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, financial losses, or reputational harm caused by negative online content or by third-party platforms declining removal requests.
  • We do not guarantee search engine ranking improvements as a result of content removal.
  • We are not responsible for content that reappears after removal due to website changes, republication, or mirrored content on other domains.

  • We do not share client information with unauthorized third parties.

13. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • A client provides false or misleading information.
  • A client requests unethical or illegal actions.
  • There is a violation of our terms and policies.
